What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email address, phone number, preferred messengers, winery or company, country and region, topic and message. You decide which optional fields to fill in.
When the form is sent, the server briefly stores your IP address to limit repeated submissions; the record is kept for one hour. Like any web server, the hosting provider also keeps technical access logs for security.
What this site does not do
The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers and loads no fonts or scripts from other companies' servers. Nothing is shared with social networks.
Why we use your details
To answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare and carry out a piece of work. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The short-term IP record protects the form from abuse, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives them
Your message is delivered by email to our mailbox, operated by our hosting and email provider. We do not sell your details or add them to mailing lists. If your matter needs one of our partners, such as a lawyer or a winemaker in another country, we pass your details on only with your agreement.
How long we keep them
We keep correspondence for as long as the enquiry and any resulting work require. If no work follows, we delete it no later than two years after the last contact.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@reifmanwine.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
